B Corp Certification and ESG Impact Support

As part of my Graduate Sustainability Practicum at MCAD, I collaborated with Bollé Brands to support their successful pursuit of B Corp certification and advance their broader ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) goals. In addition to my practicum work, I also served as a Graphic and CMF Designer within the R&D department, where I helped integrate sustainability frameworks into the company’s product development processes.

This practicum allowed me to combine academic frameworks with professional practice, applying systems thinking, lifecycle evaluation, and sustainable innovation strategies within a global product development environment. It strengthened my role as a designer committed to advancing responsible material choices, ethical sourcing, and sustainability leadership in the outdoor and eyewear industries.
